How old do I have to be for The Ibiza Orchestra Experience?
Please note that all events are 18+
Where is The Ibiza Orchestra Experience being held?
We are hosted all over the UK so please look at your respective cities for the full address details!
Opening Times
Please Check each specific location for opening times as they will differ per city / venue
When is the last time I can enter the event?
Our events have a last entry of 20:00 please make sure you have entered the event before this time.
We also operate a no re-entry policy, This means that once you have entered and if you leave you will not be permitted access back on site.
All events will follow the 20:00 last entry policy.
Do I need a Ticket for The Ibiza Orchestra Experience?
Yes, you will need a ticket as most of our events do sell out in advance.
Please note that if you have a discount code, you must enter this at the time of purchase. Unfortunately we can not add discounts retrospectively so you must enter them at time of purchase. Tickets are non refundable.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased from the following suppliers; Ticket Tailor , See Tickets and other partners.
Where is my Ticket?
Tickets for The Ibiza Orchestra Experience are eTickets.
eTickets will be sent to the email address you used to purchase. If for whatever reason this has been lost/deleted/did not arrive then please contact the ticket provider i.e.

There is no need to print as long as we can scan the tickets on your phone then it should be fine, let's all save some trees.
Do I have to print my ticket?
Will I need ID?
All people wishing to purchase alcohol will need to be over 18 and will require I.D.
We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D.
There will be bag search policy on all bags brought into the event.
Valid forms of ID include in-date photo driving licence and passport only.
You may be subject to searching at any time during the event.
Can i bring my dog / Pet?
Unfortunately not, we do not allow pets to be at our events.
If you require a specific assistance dog, such as a guide dog then we do permit these.
But unfortunately no other pets or animals will be permitted.
DRINKS AND FOOD INFORMATION
Can I bring Alcohol, my own drinks or food to the event?
No. Alcoholic drinks can not be brought into the festival. There will be plenty of bars to buy drinks once inside the event.
No food can be taken in to the event unless it is for a medical reason, please contact the team in advance if this is the case
You are allowed to bring 1 x 500ml bottle of sealed water with you, but this must be sealed.
But I have seen I could take drinks to another event similar.
Every event operates differently, with all of The Ibiza Orchestra Experience events no food or drink can be taken into the event.
We will have large bars available for you plus some amazing food vendors as well.
How do I Purchase drinks?
All events will be operating cashless bars.
This means that we will accept contactless or chip and pin.
Can we purchase food with cash or card?
No, all food vendors will be cashless and accept card payments only.
Can I Park or Leave my car?
Unfortunately we have no previsions for customers to park or eave their car at our event sites, for all local parking we would suggest to use the Parkopedia website.
If we do have parking we will let you know on the event social media, but this is rare.
PARKING INFO FOR THANET
MANSTON ROAD, BIRCHINGTON KENT, CT7 0HU
Parking will be available at Quex Park free of charge!
Please make sure all vehicles are move by 10am the next day.
Pick up and drop off available via Manston Road.
No entry to the car park or event through Quex Park main entrance. Please do not follow google maps.
Can I bring a chair, seat or other camping style equipment
Most of our Indoor events we do not allow this.
Small Camping Chairs are allowed at some events, locations such as Exeter we will not allow camping chairs.
Unfortunately we do not allow anything along the lines of Small Marquee, Tents, Tables, Trolleys or Picnic blankets due to safety.
These items will be refused at entry and we have no provision to store them for you.
Please see the below list of prohibited items. All of the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be return. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
Audio Recorders
Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment
Chinese or Sky Lanterns
Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

Glass
Illegal substances

Large Flags or Flag Poles

We will have First Aid services available throughout the festival. Please speak to any event staff or security on site.
Can I Bring a Chair?
At all events chairs will be permitted.
Can I bring my own food or packed lunch?
Unless this is for a specific medical requirement and you have contacted us previously about this and we have confirmed it, unfortunately you can not.
We will have food stands available for you.

Can I bring a camera?
Other prohibited items you can not bring to the event will be the following;
The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with the event organisers. While we allow cameras, very large lenses & Tripods are not permitted.
